‘A sound mind in a sound body’

The famous quotation by the pre-Socratic Greek philosopher Thales (Miletus, 624 – 546 BC) may sound cliché but it is proven correct day by day.

The fast pace of our lives leaves no room for movement, and our bodies become lazier- unfortunately.

It is the task of parents and the school to encourage children to engage in sports.

We at which Rowad Al Khaleej International Schools are trying to constantly integrate sports activities within the school day while paying attention to PE and the positive impact on the lives of our students.
