Registration Procedures Grade 1

Before a student can be registered at Rowad Al-Khaleej International Schools:

  • Submit to Rowad Al-Khaleej International School’s registrar the required registration documents and fill out and sign the Rowad Al-Khaleej International School’s “Application for Admission”

 

The following are the required documents:

For Saudi Student Enrollment For Non-Saudi Student Enrollment
 

1.    The original and one copy of Family ID (front and back sides)
2.    The original and one copy of the Birth Certificate
3.    Four (4) passport size photos of student
4.    Medical report stating that the student does not have any contagious diseases
5.    Copy of student’s immunization record

 

1.    The original and one copy of student’s passport and iqama, and Father’s iqama
2.    The original and one copy of the Birth Certificate
3.    An original Letter of employment from Guardian’s Sponsor
4.    Four (4) passport size photos of student
5.    Medical report stating that the student does not have any contagious diseases
6.    Copy of student’s immunization record

 

New students will need testing by the school prior to admissions. Once the Application/Test Fees are paid, the school administration will contact the parent/guardian and set an appointment for and interview and


Testing procedures prior to admission to Rowad Al-Khaleej International Schools:

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to the Interview/test (Only the child and the mother are to be present during the interview/test).
  • The test and Interview will take approximately one hour to compelete
  • The school will notify you in due course if your child is accepted.


Once acceptance to Rowad Al-Khaleej International Schools has been confirmed:

  • Rowad Al-Khaleej International School’s administration will contact the
  • You will be required to pay the registration fees SR 3,000 to the Rowad Al-Khaleej International Schools Finance Department as soon as you receive notification of acceptance. The registration fees are not refundable.
  • Once the registration fees are paid, you will receive a letter of confirmation from the Finance Department and you will begin a payment schedule for the tuition fees.


Tuition Payment Procedure:

  1.  First installment: an amount of three thousand riyals (SR 3000) for registration and is deducted from the first semester
  2. Second installment: should be paid by the end of the first week of the first semester.
  3. Third installment: should be paid in the end of the first


Important Dates:

Registration for New Students starts on – March 1st, 2018
Registration for Current RAIS Students ends on – February 1st, 2018
