Most of our daily activities have ceased in various aspects of life; including professional, educational, and recreational life. This has negatively affected communities all over the world. It also has an influential impact on the psychological state of young children.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t that easy to deal with such a situation for individuals and families, or society as a whole. But sooner or later, life must go on, and we must go through all the current obstacles. But above all is to overcome this burden safely without losing any precious souls. To achieve this, we must take into consideration all the security and safety measures for ourselves, our families, and our children during the phase of gradually returning to our normal lifestyle, life after Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rowad-alkhaleej.edu.sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/\u0627\u0644\u0639\u0648\u062f\u0629-\u0628\u0639\u062f-\u0643\u0648\u0631\u0648\u0646\u0627.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Life goes on document<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<p>The GCC Health Council has issued a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/ghc.sa\/ar-sa\/Documents\/aftercov-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Life goes on<\/a>&#8221; document to reassure all necessary and relevant instructions for maintaining safe and healthy conditions in every aspect of life to restore a safe and effective lifestyle. The document includes general instructions for every aspect of life: daily, practical, educational, touristic, and spiritual life.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;10602&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>General safety behaviors and preventive measures include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep maintaining preventive measures such as hand washing, sterilization, and sneezing etiquette.<\/li>\n<li>The document also assured the importance of raising the body&#8217;s immunity to help prevent diseases such as enough sleeping, eating healthy food, and daily exercising.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up-to-date with disease culture, whether in terms of news, or healthy preventive measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ask for medical help if you have any symptoms of illness or respiratory symptoms.<\/p>\n<h3>The document also included some instructions in various aspects of life, the most prominent of which were:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Wearing a medical mask<\/li>\n<li>Avoid crowding<\/li>\n<li>Leave at least two meters between each individual and another.<\/li>\n<li>Open windows and make sure to renew the room air<\/li>\n<li>Sterilizing surfaces and tools<\/li>\n<li>Avoid touching your face before washing and sterilizing your hands<\/li>\n<li>Avoid using currencies and money<\/li>\n<li>Use the Sanitizer constantly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seek medical help when you experience symptoms or signs of respiratory infection.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;10600&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]And for school and educational life, the document addressed the most important preventive instructions to ensure safety. It is a responsibility of both sides: the administration, the school officials, as well as the students.<br \/>\nOfficials and administrators are required to take some necessary precautions, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing Sanitizers and soaps everywhere inside the school.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage patients, from both teachers and students to stay at home<\/li>\n<li>Develop a system to ensure the distance of 2 meters between all individuals in the school including teachers and students.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting students who are suspected of being infected<\/li>\n<li>Avoid student gatherings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;10608&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>As for students:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Seek medical help if you have any symptoms of illness or respiratory symptoms<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to school procedures for cleaning and sterilization<\/li>\n<li>Regular hand sanitation<\/li>\n<li>Keep a distance of at least 2 meters among all individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Sanitizing all touchable objects and surfaces, such as tables and door handles<\/li>\n<li>Avoid gatherings during rest time and at the beginning and end of the day.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid using other people&#8217;s tools<\/li>\n<li>And of course, Avoid shaking hands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To implement and keep pace with the initiative of &#8220;life goes on&#8221;. We ensure the preventive measures and precautions in Rowad AlKhaleej international schools.
